In the secondary market, the investment return rate (capital gain) is around 7-8% per year, with rental prices ranging from 28,000 to 35,000 baht.

“It is expected that when the Red Line and Pink Line Skytrains are operational, the demand for housing in the Chaeng Watthana area will increase, leading to a continuous rise in housing prices,” Mr. Sangchai stated.
